Responsible for KPIs of the Australia Projects
Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts (All sales channels within Australia market).
Suport Regional Sales Director on the international markets and other international projects in the portfolio (Japan, Vietnam, etc.)
Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets in every sales campaign.
Provide understanding about market, competitors & customers trend time to time.
Provide regular updates to management regarding progress and recommend changes that would improve the effectiveness of achieving both quality and quantity objectives in the market. Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts.
Excellent understanding of real estate markets and customer needs in Australia (knowledge about South-East Asia, Hong Kong, China market is a plus).
Excellent leadership skills for team-work, resolve conflicts and motivate team.
High proficiency in English (Mandarin is a plus). Local Australia is preferable.
8+ years in Real Estate business with minimum 3 years in similar positions
